Woman Thanks Stranger For Comforting Crying Toddler At Target

Rebecca Patterson is a very busy parent who lives in Pearland, Texas.

She is the mom of two young children, a 2-month-old and a 2-year-old.

She was in Target one day when both of her children decided to have outbursts at the same time.

Any parent who has dealt with a public outburst before will know exactly how it feels!

Parents can be easily embarrassed by crying and screaming children when they are in public.

Onlookers may or may not be sympathetic to their plight.

It can be even more difficult when you are the parent of a toddler and a baby.

They both have needs that may clash with the other.

Many parents have a hard time when they have to go out shopping alone with their kids.

Rebecca decided that she could make the quick trip into Target that day with her two young children as she didn’t have a lot to buy.

She was a bit stressed already but she was optimistic.

Unfortunately, she would end up becoming even more stressed than she was before.

Rebecca headed straight for the things that she needed so that she could get in and out quickly.

However, that was when both kids decided to cry at the same time.

If you have ever gone shopping with young children, then you probably have experienced the exact same scenario.

Rebecca didn’t have anyone with her to distract the children, and it was embarrassing for her that they were having a meltdown in the store.

She tried her best to calm the kids down, but her tactics fell on deaf ears.

As she was leaving the store, a stranger asked her if she needed help.

The woman decided that she was going to help carry the 2-year-old in order to give Rebecca a break.

She also began to console him.

Rebecca was so amazed that a stranger would go out of her way to help her that she snapped a picture of her “angel.”

Tiffany Guillory is the angel in the picture, which has now been shared thousands of times.

We are so happy that she has gotten the recognition she so deserves!
